Return procedure
Regardless of the reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
To be eligible, items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, including the original packaging.
To initiate a return request, please send us an email to Westlane.menswear@gmail.comWe will guide you through the process. Please package your items carefully and ship them via a reliable carrier. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. But rest assured, there will be no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is processed, you will be automatically refunded the full purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method used when ordering.
If it takes longer, please contact us and we will check the situation.
Exchanges
Are you not entirely satisfied with an item and would like to exchange it? No problem. Contact us at Westlane.menswear@gmail.com specifying the items you wish to exchange and the reason. We will do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email us at Westlane.menswear@gmail.com Please do this as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you received an incorrect or damaged order, please take photos and send them to us at Westlane.menswear@gmail.comby providing your order number. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
